DELIVERY
Shipments within Greece are NOT subject to shipping fees. We collaborate with ACS Courier, which has the largest independent network in Greece.
Shipments to Cyprus and other European countries are handled by the courier company DHL.
When will my order be dispatched?
All orders are dispatched within 3 working days, after being placed. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Orders are not processed, sent or transported on weekends and public holidays.

Will I be charged import duties for my order?
In European Union countries, there are no customs fees. For other destinations, Timebox SA has no control over these expenses and we cannot fully inform you whether you will be charged and the amount that will be charged, as Customs Office policies differ greatly among countries.
Can I specify a different delivery address?
Yes, of course, You can specify a different delivery address if your order is a gift.
What if I am absent upon delivery?
If you are absent at the time of delivery, the deliveryman will leave you a note with the company’s contact details so you can arrange a new appointment for the delivery that better suits you.
Can I choose delivery to an ACS Smartpoint Locker?
Certainly. You may request delivery to an ACS Smartpoint Locker, provided there is one available in the area where the collection will take place.
